How do I return?
Please click on the returns form link in the footer and download a returns form. Enclose the completed returns form with your parcel. Send to the address on the form.

What items are returnable?
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for 14 days after you purchase. The items must be received back in their original condition. The items must be unwashed and unworn. The items must be returned in the original packaging with swing tags still attached. Items of a delicate fabric must not be returned with any snags or pulls. Please ensure there are no make up or fake tan marks on the garments. If returning shoes, please ensure the shoe box is not used as the outer wrapping. Please wrap well before returning to us. Shoes must not be worn outside or be marked in any way.
What items are non-refundable?
Earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
Are there any charges for return?
You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please obtain your proof of postage - we need this to track your return! You are liable for the package until it has been delivered to us so we recommend you send the item tracked. If you have sent your parcel un-tracked and it goes missing, you will need to put in a claim with your courier to cover the loss.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that your refund has been processed. In busier periods it can take up to 10 working days to process your parcel It can sometimes take up to 5 days for funds to reach your account.
What if my item is faulty?
We check and double check your order for quality before sending but in the unlikely event we missed something and you are not 100% happy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back and we will be more than happy to sort it out.
Returning from abroad?
To avoid customs charges, please ensure you mark your package 'returned goods'.
